Events & Community Manager


Your role

As Events & Community Manager, you will be part of our sales & marketing team and will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining strategic relationships within our community and driving events that are critical to our organization's strategic success.

Your responsibilities

  • Boost our visibility in the knowledge graph community and the technology ecosystem by driving the short- and long-term planning and management of events, tradeshows, webinars, roundtables and other community-building activities.
  • Maintain the event schedule, liaise with event organizers, handle logistics, manage budgets and invoicing, liaise with internal attendees and present post-event reports
  • Plan, implement and manage lead promotional activities and lead generation activities for all community activities

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Community Management or a related field
  • Excellent cross-functional communications skills and ability to effectively align priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • Skilled in project management and highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Team player able to work collaboratively with others while also taking responsibility for own areas of work
  • Experience developing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • Great time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling and adapting as necessary
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
