Building Biodiversity Knowledge Graphs

November 11, 2019 - A recent paper published by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and presented at Biodiversity Next 2019 describes how metaphactory and Wikidata are implemented to build an Integrated Flora of Canada and create a community space for collaboration and discussion. It can be accessed through the metaphactory end-user interface, which provides built-in templates, visual exploration, graph exploration and faceted filtering capabilities, as well as complex query mechanisms.
