With the metaphacts Customer Board, our goal is to broaden our understanding of your strategic goals, business use cases and technology requirements and provide you with a platform where you can voice your ideas, drive innovation and learn about the latest developments in technology.

metaphacts In-person CAB

The metpahcts In-person CAB balances business use cases and technical discussions, providing value to both business and technical leadership in customer organizations. They follow a forum structure: focused presentation sessions, Q&A rounds, and open feedback and discussions.

 

The goal of this annual event is for you to gain insights into our strategic product roadmap, discuss your needs and challenges, and contribute to shaping our long-term strategic planning and product vision.

metaphacts Roadmap Roundtable (virtual)

This quarterly event allows you to stay up-to-date on our roadmap, share current pain points and provide feedback to our product team on your needs and most pressing topics. Your feedback can influence and shape our product development, enabling us to deliver solutions that are most beneficial to your organization.

metaphacts Customer Forum (virtual)

Customers inspire customers. IShare your ideas and questions with other members and discuss pain points and use cases with peers from the same technology space to gain insight on potential solutions and innovations. This knowledge sharing may reveal similar needs or new solutions that you might not have considered before.

metaphacts Hackathon (hybrid)

During our hackathon, you'll have the opportunity to work hands-on with metaphactory alongside our technical team and other users in a fun, educational environment. This provides a great chance to fully explore metaphactory by experimenting with new features and use cases.

Customer Board membership is awarded to our key customer accounts following an application and review process. Customer Board members agree to a minimum one-year commitment and authorize metaphacts to mention their participation with name and company or role and company.
