metaphactory Evaluation License Agreement

Updated: June 25, 2026

The metaphactory evaluation agreement is available at https://terms.dsrsi.com/public/metaphactory_EvalTerms.

Please read its terms carefully before downloading or otherwise accessing any metaphactory evaluation offering, as it creates a legally binding agreement between the organisation you belong to and Digital Science. If you do not have authority to bind your organisation to the evaluation agreement, you should not download or otherwise access metaphactory.

Additional Notes:

The metaphactory evaluation offering is provided for evaluation purposes only and is not intended for use with any confidential, proprietary data or personal data, or production usage. Your name, email address, and the name of your organisation are required for registration. For use of the hosted service (applicable to the "Tutorial" option in the registration form), you will be assigned a username and password. Please note that the our technical teams have full access into the hosted service systems and data, and we might see data stored in the system, such as part of routine testing or based on your support requests.

The metaphactory evaluation offering is a limited time offer and may not be used after expiry (4-weeks for Docker or 4-weeks for the tutorial) without written consent, or will turn into a paid offering (after 2-weeks for AWS Marketplace). Please note that in case of the hosted service, your data and changes will be lost on expiry of the service. To maintain any data you upload to metaphactory, please make sure to save your data locally as described in our documentation.
