We are excited to join the Knowledge Graph Forum hosted by our partner Ontotext, where metaphacts Chief Scientific Officer, Peter Haase will be hosting a presentation on the creation of the Dimensions Knowledge Graph using metaphactory on top of GraphDB.
Building the Dimensions Knowledge Graph
October 22, 04:30 pm (CEST), Peter Haase, Chief Scientific Officer, metaphacts
During this session, Peter will highlight how the Dimensions Knowledge Graph was scaled to over 33 billion statements, making the case that RDF graph databases are very well suited to support extremely large knowledge graphs. He will share insights into how AI techniques such as NLP and LLMs were used to identify entities and relationships in scientific literature, transform into RDF triples, and load into the knowledge graph on GraphDB. Additionally, he will highlight how the Dimensions Knowledge Graph, based on a stable and scalable GraphDB foundation, enables trustworthy and explainable AI-based applications in conjunction with LLMs and generative AI and supports decision-making across pharma use cases, from target discovery, streamlining R&D processes to clinical trials.
